Two master bedroom suites with king-size beds, one bedroom with Queen size bed, and small bunk room. All bedrooms have TVs, and have 42" flat screen HD TV in living room. Well-maintained house features great room with living room, dining space, and kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout. Also washer-dryer, internet, icemaker, 2 beach chairs with an umbrella setup on the beach, linens, toys, books, bikes, pails, and more provided. Housekeeping required. Publix, Winn-Dixie grocery stores, Wells Fargo Bank directly across street.
Golf cart available also. Only licensed drivers may operate the golf carts (Carillon Beach rules).
Our home is SMOKE-FREE, NO PETS ALLOWED. Age restriction. No reservation will be accepted for vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent during the entire stay. Chaperoned groups not accepted. No more than 6 under 25 at one time.
